Fibreglass surface tissue mat is a fine layer of non-woven fabric and low alkali fibreglass mat which is made of randomly oriented glass fibres distributed in a polystyrene binder. This super-fine surface tissue can be used as the first layer of reinforcement onto a gel coat as a 'print blocker' to prevent print-through of the heavier chopped strand mat reinforcement. The tissue can also be used to leave a smoother, more attractive surface finish on hand-layup composite parts by using it as the final layer on the reinforcement. It is compatible with resin including polyethylene, vinyl ester and epoxy resin.
• Resistant to Chemical Corrosion,
• Fire/ flame-retardant
• Weather Resistant
• Suitable for machine continuous operation or hand lay-up making all kinds of FRP products (FRP), plate, pipe, trough, pot, cruise ship, bathtub and other products.
• Widely used for battery isolation, roof waterproofing, gypsum board protection panels, plastic flooring, and chemical pipe lining, leakage-proofing, etc.
